We are a registered member of the National Insurance Brokers Association
and all of our senior insurance brokers are Qualified Practicing Insurance
Brokers (QPIBs). GSK abides by a written Code of Conduct and we
strive for high ethical standards. We have structured Internal Disputes
Procedures and also participate in the Insurance Brokers Disputes Limited
facility. It is also our policy to maintain a dedicated claims department
to record, process, monitor and provide you with guidance until a fair,
equitable and swift settlement has been achieved.
